As a nutritionist, Agaath Zondervan noticed that conventional dietary advice consistently failed the same group of people: those whose eating patterns were driven not by hunger, but by emotion, stress, disconnection, and nervous system dysregulation. The Body Intelligence Framework
The Body Intelligence Framework is Agaath Zondervan's signature method. It teaches people to decode their body's signals across three layers:
