It took me a long time to understand that it wasn't.
The turning point wasn't a new diet or a better plan. It was the moment I stopped trying to override my body and started getting genuinely curious about what it was telling me. That shift — from control to curiosity, from fighting to listening — changed everything. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But for real.
I'm a researcher, an author, and a wellness professional. But honestly? What I am most is someone who has been through this, who has done the work, and who knows what it feels like when something finally clicks.
