For years, I did what most of us do. I followed the rules. I tried the diets. I tracked, restricted, pushed through. And sometimes it worked, for a while. But the moment I relaxed, I was right back where I started.
The turning point wasn't a new diet or a better plan. It was the moment I stopped trying to override my body and started getting genuinely curious about what it was telling me. That shift, from control to curiosity, from fighting to listening, changed everything.
I'm a researcher, an author, and a wellness professional. But what I am most is someone who has been through this, who has done the work, and who knows what it feels like when something finally clicks.
